How do we work together?

Entirely by email, with no calls to schedule. You send your store URL, we send the snapshot, and every audit, fix and monthly report arrives in your inbox. If something is easier to show, we record a short walkthrough.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend us?

No one can, and you should be wary of anyone who claims to. We fix the signals AI assistants rely on and measure the results, so you can see what changed.

What do you need from us?

Your store URL to start. For the Fix Pack, product barcodes (GTINs) where you have them and, if you want us to install fixes, Shopify collaborator access that you approve.

Will you change our live store?

Never without you. We deliver files, or install them on a duplicate theme for you to review and publish.

How is this different from a $29 Shopify app?
